The Joy of Video is a family oriented business established in 1982 by Joyce and Joe Bertolami. The Joy of Video believes that every wedding video will become a family heirloom; a treasure to be passed from generation to generation.

The Joy of Video co-founded the National Professional Videographers’ Association (NPVA) in 1986 and is a distinguished member of the Wedding and Event Videographers’Association (WEVA). Executive Producer, Joyce Bertolami, has been a multiple year recipient of the WEVA Distinguished Service Award. In the year 2000, she served as one of five judges chosen to select the winning entries in WEVA’s Creative Excellence Award Competition. Joyce is proud to be one of the first videographers to be inducted into the WEVA Hall of Fame and to receive WEVA’s prestigious Walter Bennett Award.

It is through the continued involvement in the NPVA and WEVA that the Joy of Video remains on the cutting edge of today’s ever-changing technological innovations.

Style
The Joy of Video utilizes the multi-camera approach, which allows for unobtrusive coverage while enhancing the artistic quality of the wedding video. All of the customized packages include at least two experienced videographers throughout the entire wedding day. While the primary focus is on the bride and groom, the Joy of Video is able, by using this approach, to capture the interaction among family members and guests as they experience the wedding celebration.
